If you entered the wrong email address when making your reservation, you will not receive your confirmation or voucher. Unfortunately, reservations cannot be modified after purchase.
If your reservation is still in your cart and has not been completed, clear your cart, close your browser, and start again using the correct email address.
If you have already booked your reservation and saw your barcode displayed, you can still access your reservation in the following ways:
- You can use a screenshot of the barcode to redeem your reservation.
- Retrieve your voucher at the parking lot – Provide your 9-digit barcode number to the parking attendants. (This only works for parking reservations, not pre-paid park entry.) You can also download a copy of your voucher from here.
- Contact customer support – If you need to update your email or request your voucher be resent, email our support team at muirwoods@aceparking.com.
To avoid issues, always double-check your email before completing your reservation.
