If you accidentally purchased the wrong type of reservation, selected the wrong number of tickets, or chose the wrong date or time, don’t worry — we can help!
Important Information:

Same-day changes cannot be made.

We cannot modify reservations that have already passed or have already been canceled.
Options for correcting your reservation:

If you are more than 72 hours from your reservation start time, please cancel your current reservation (subject to the refund policy) and rebook the correct one.

If you are within 72 hours of your reservation start time (but not the same day), please contact customer support for assistance.

If your reservation is on the same day, changes cannot be made.
Need to add to an existing reservation?

If you need to add park entrance fees (for additional guests), you can purchase them in person at the Muir Woods Visitor Center on the day of your visit.

If you need to add parking or a shuttle reservation, you will need to book a new reservation separately from what is currently available online.
