Unfortunately you can not. The oversize vehicle spaces only allow for 1 vehicle per time slot. The only solution is to have the caller book 2 time slots with the 30 minutes between each. (i.e. 8am-9:45 and 8:30am-10:15) they can arrive at the same time and explain their situation to the parking attendants. Hopefully they will be able to accommodate.
