For all CUA types, please allow 14 business days to process your application once all application materials and fees have been processed. All applications will be processed on a rolling basis, in a first-come, first-served order.
Commercial Carriers:

- E-mail your completed, signed application and a legible copy of your certificate of insurance to goga_cua@nps.gov.
