Cancellations can be made up until the start time of your reservation. Visitors are encouraged to cancel a reservation if they know their plans have changed, as this provides the opportunity for others to visit the park.
All cancellations are final and subject to the Refund Policy at the time of cancellation.
Cancelled reservations can not be reinstated.
